Jasmine Bonnell is the Vice President of Finance for Resorts World Catskills, Hudson Valley, and Monticello Raceway, where she oversees financial strategy, operational performance, and long-range planning across multiple properties. With a career spanning finance, corporate leadership, and public service, Jasmine brings a
disciplined, mission-driven approach to organizational stewardship.
Prior to her current role, Jasmine served as Senior Director of Finance for Churchill Downs Inc., where she also chaired the regional Community Relations Committee. In that capacity, Jasmine partnered with local organizations to raise more than $100,000 in charitable contributions and supported over 50 nonprofit partners through donations, volunteer engagement, and community awareness initiatives. Earlier in her career, Jasmine worked as a Senior Associate with RSM US LLP and as a Criminal Analyst with INTERPOL–Washington, gaining experience in complex analysis, regulatory environments, and cross-functional collaboration.
A recognized expert in finance and strategic leadership, Jasmine has a demonstrated commitment to community impact. She is the cofounder of a youth wrestling nonprofit and has played a central role in directing charitable resources to programs that strengthen families, youth development, and local communities. Jasmine holds a Master’s in Financial Management and Accounting, a Master’s in Criminal Justice, and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Arizona State University.
